As a widely respected serial oil & gas industry entrepreneur, Stuart loves a challenge. His prowess for spotting business opportunities saw him establish his first oil & gas services company in his 20s – during the 1990s’ economic downturn and in the unknown Azerbaijan market.
In 2007, Stuart led the exceptional growth of qedi and its team by carving out a niche for the company as an oil and gas completions and technology specialist. In 2011, Stuart consolidated qedi’s position for future global growth by securing a major acquisition deal worth circa £33m to international engineering and project management company AMEC.
Stuart has successfully achieved global business success through his leadership skills and adopted affection for industry changing technology, he will continue to build a solid foundation for the success and growth of Silverhorse Technologies.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Raymond has spent the last 22 years focused on delivering software solutions for business. His entrepreneurial business skills have been developed through a consultancy business in Europe in the early 1990’s. Returning to Australia, Raymond worked for corporate’s PeopleSoft and Logical before becoming involved in Luceo Systems as a technology start-up. With his forward thinking technical ability Raymond was responsible for the Connect Technology suite of products that Luceo Systems successfully took to market.
After becoming CEO, Raymond grew Luceo Systems from a single client start-up to running Completions Connect on Multi-Billion dollar projects for blue chip companies such as BHP, Apache Energy, Incitec Pivot and many more.
Raymond is focused on building on this solid foundation of success through Silverhorse which brings global links that are keen to deploy the Connect Technology. Watch this space!
David Cumings is a digital strategist who’s been helping businesses deliver their revenue and growth objectives for over twenty years with his trademark combination of deep technical knowledge, strong commercial skills and results-driven creativity.
Commercially, David specialises in helping make products or services compelling and visible to the right target audiences. Because online vision and strategy are a particular strength, he knows exactly how to implement the right digital strategies in order to deliver a reliable route to market that fulfills business objectives.
Technically, David has years of experience of architecting, building and deploying all kinds of software technology ranging from large web platforms to complex big data infrastructure solutions. Search, intelligent recommendation and predictive analytics are a particular strength.
Dave is also passionate about digital innovation as a cultural force, as reflected in his chairmanship of The Scottish Documentary Institute and former chairmanship of New Media Scotland.
David brings this range experience to Silverhorse to help support the business as it scales to deliver the next generation of tools that will define the industry 10 years out from now.

Steve Rogers is an energy and resources veteran with forty years experience in project delivery and leading world class energy and resources companies. With a background of commercialisation and innovation in energy and resources, Steve holds an exciting vision of the energy landscape for the future.
Having led the commercialisation of multi-billion dollar projects, Steve brings his experience to building teams with strong delivery and operating skills at all levels in the energy sector, including government liaison, stakeholder relationships, project management, technical development and asset ownership. Despite being a veteran of the industry, Steve recognises the value of digitalisation and the value that can now be created from technologies previously not commercially viable.

A qualified lawyer and former managing partner of a top ten Australian law firm in Perth Western Australia, Anthony has many years’ experience in banking law, intellectual property and commercial transactions for public companies.
He has extensive commercial experience in corporate transactions as Corporate Counsel of Challenge Bank/ Westpac and then an investment bank.
Anthony is presently working with a national electrical engineering company providing services to the rail, mining and industrial sectors.
As director of Commercial & Legal, Anthony’s expertise contributes to the success and growth of Silverhorse Technologies.

Paul brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies. Paul comes to the team with strong financial, commercial and business skills. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint.
Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, ACMA, CPA, MAAT) and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Association of Accounting Technicians. Paul has led a number of finance teams over the years to do exceptional things and is looking forward to bringing his unique style to Silverhorse Technologies to contribute to future success.
