The site is regularly updated to reflect our current product and deliverables, however nothing written on the site can be used as an express deliverable unless it has been confirmed in writing by a Silverhorse employee. Privacy and You
Silverhorse Technologies are focused on delivering a high level of customer service to our clients. This may necessitate the collection of some information that may identify you. This is usually only related to accessing a Silverhorse application.
At times we may share information to have a service performed on your behalf. In these situations, Silverhorse will ensure that any third party will be bound by the same obligations that we impose on ourselves.
We may log user interactions with a Connect site and this information may include the source IP address, user, pages visited and changes made. These logs may be used by Silverhorse to determine how users like to interact with a Connect product and be analysed to design improvements. They may also be used by you to determine the types of updates that are regularly made.
If you are a user of a Connect application and wish to view these logs we require authorisation from the Client paying for the application before we can release these logs to you.
Training is provided as a series of videos with questions based on the videos. You may view the videos as many times as you want once access has been granted to the Training Site. Access to Connect Training is either via your company providing a purchase order or you paying via our payment gateway for specific courses. On completion of a training course a certificate will be issued to you.
Pricing of Courses
All courses on the Connect Training site are $100 (Australian).
If you paid using your own funds via the on-site payment gateway and have not yet started the course you paid for, you can request a refund by sending an email quoting your username and payment receipt number to email@example.com and we will reverse the payment and advise you when the process has been executed. If you have experienced difficulty with the site please contact for help using the support email address.
Credit Card Information and the Payment Gateway
We do not store your full credit card number or details on our site or in a database. SecurePay is our payment gateway processor and the communication between our payment page and securePay is protected with an SSL certificate. This ensures that information transferred between the gateway page and the bank is encrypted. We do store enough personal details to identify you as the User of the Training Facility, a copy of the invoice/receipt that was issued to you and how we can communicate with you – i.e your email address. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.
